Stephanie Talarico Horn
Stephanie Talarico Horn is the Owner of Train Around the Horn and a former NCAA Division I softball player at the University at Albany, where she was a member of the 2011 America East Championship team. A former Philadelphia Phillies Ballgirl, she now provides instruction in hitting, slapping, fielding, and team training. Stephanie also holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Drexel University and is passionate about helping athletes improve performance through skill development and proper nutrition.
Regina Milburn
Regina Milburn is a former four-year varsity starter and team captain at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School and a four-year starter and captain at Albright College. She earned numerous accolades throughout her playing career, including First Team All-Catholic and All-Conference honors, and was inducted into the Conwell-Egan Catholic High School Hall of Fame in 2024. Regina also brings years of experience as a softball umpire, providing a unique understanding of the game from multiple perspectives. Passionate about player development, she specializes in catching instruction and is dedicated to helping athletes build skills, confidence, leadership, and a love for the game.
Paige Metz
Paige Metz is a former standout athlete who played travel softball for the Lower Bucks Lady Lions, Philadelphia Angels, and Newtown Rock before serving as a three-year starting catcher at Neshaminy High School. She continued her collegiate career at Mercer County Community College and Kean University, where she competed as a versatile utility player in the infield, outfield, and behind the plate. Paige earned her B.A. in Mathematics with a minor in Economics and currently works in the financial investments industry. She specializes in catching instruction and is passionate about helping athletes develop their skills, confidence, teamwork, and overall understanding of the game.
Danielle Walters
Danielle Walters is a former Assistant Softball Coach at Penn State Abington and a standout collegiate player at Bloomfield College, a Division II program in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. A three-time All-Conference Utility Pitcher (2021, 2023, and 2024), Danielle earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 2024 and brings more than 15 years of playing experience to her instruction. Passionate about developing the next generation of athletes, she is dedicated to helping players build their skills, confidence, and opportunities to achieve their softball goals.
Eric Rios
Eric Rios has over 20 years of coaching experience with organizations including the Banshees, Newtown Rock, and Rock Gold. Passionate about player development, Eric has built a successful recruiting program that has helped numerous athletes continue their softball careers at the collegiate level. He takes pride in mentoring players and families throughout the recruiting journey and believes there is no greater reward than helping athletes achieve their dream of playing college softball.
